Booking Deposit : We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only if the property can be re-rented. Your deposit will otherwise be forfeited.
Security deposit : A 30% security deposit is required upon your arrival and will be returned on your departure date pending inspection and inventory.
